This Vendor Products & Services Guidelines Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Approved Products & Services
Vendors may only list, promote, or sell products and services that are approved by Shwcse and accurately represented within their vendor profile or listing.
All products and services must align with Shwcse platform standards, quality expectations, and community guidelines.
2. Prohibited Items & Activities
Vendors may not list or sell products or services that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited items and activities include, but are not limited to:
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Products that infringe on intellectual property rights
Illegal substances or regulated items sold without proper authorization
Misleading, deceptive, or false claims
Shwcse reserves the right to remove any product or service at its discretion.
3. Accuracy & Representation
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and representations are accurate, current, and not misleading.
Misrepresentation of products or services may result in listing removal, suspension, or termination of vendor access.
4. Compliance & Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their products and services comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Shwcse does not guarantee the legality, safety, or quality of any vendor offerings.
5. Quality Standards
Shwcse reserves the right to set and enforce minimum quality standards and to remove products or services that fail to meet platform expectations or negatively impact customer experience.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
Removal of specific products or services
Temporary suspension of vendor access
Permanent termination of vendor participation
Enforcement actions are taken at Shwcse’s sole discretion.
7. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Products & Services Guidelines Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
