This Vendor Policy Violations, Suspension & Termination Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Policy Violations
Vendors are required to comply with all Shwcse Vendor Policies, Terms of Use, guidelines, and platform rules.
Any failure to comply may be considered a policy violation.
2. Enforcement Discretion
Shwcse reserves the right to investigate suspected or reported violations and to take enforcement action at its sole discretion.
Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice.
3. Corrective Actions
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, enforcement actions may include:
Warnings or corrective instructions
Temporary restrictions or limitations
Suspension of vendor access
Permanent termination of vendor participation
4. Immediate Suspension or Termination
Shwcse may immediately suspend or terminate vendor access for severe violations, including but not limited to:
Fraud or illegal activity
Threats to customer safety or platform integrity
Repeated or unresolved policy violations
5. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, vendors lose access to the platform and associated services.
Termination does not relieve vendors of obligations incurred prior to termination, including fees, liabilities, or indemnification duties.
6. No Refunds Upon Enforcement
Enforcement actions, including suspension or termination, do not entitle vendors to refunds or compensation unless required by law.
7. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Policy Violations, Suspension & Termination Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
