This Vendor Products & Services Guidelines Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Approved Products & Services
Vendors may only list, promote, or sell products and services that are approved by Shwcse and accurately represented within their vendor profile or listings.
All products and services must align with Shwcse platform standards, quality expectations, and community guidelines.
2. Prohibited Products & Activities
Vendors may not offer products or services that are illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited items and activities include, but are not limited to:
Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized goods
Products or services that infringe intellectual property rights
Illegal or regulated goods sold without proper authorization
False, misleading, or deceptive claims
Shwcse reserves the right to remove any product or service at its discretion.
3. Accuracy & Representation
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and representations are truthful, current, and not misleading.
Misrepresentation may result in listing removal, suspension, or termination of vendor participation.
4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their products and services comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Shwcse does not verify or guarantee the legality, safety, or compliance of vendor offerings.
5. Quality Standards
Shwcse reserves the right to establish and enforce minimum quality standards to protect customer experience and platform integrity.
Products or services that fail to meet these standards may be removed without notice.
6. Platform Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
Removal of specific products or services
Temporary suspension of vendor access
Permanent termination of vendor participation
Enforcement decisions are made at Shwcse’s sole discretion.
7. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Products & Services Guidelines Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
