This Vendor Photography, Video & Media Rights Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Media Usage by Shwcse
Vendors grant Shwcse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to capture, use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media featuring vendor products, branding, personnel, or participation on the platform.
Media may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or informational purposes across digital and offline channels.
2. Vendor-Provided Content
Vendors represent that they own or have the necessary rights to all images, videos, and media content submitted to Shwcse.
Submitted content may be used by Shwcse in accordance with this policy and other applicable platform policies.
3. Third-Party Media
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or releases related to individuals, locations, or intellectual property appearing in vendor-provided media.
Shwcse is not responsible for unauthorized use of third-party content provided by vendors.
4. Restrictions & Sensitive Content
Media content must not include confidential, misleading, offensive, or unlawful material.
Shwcse reserves the right to remove or restrict media that violates platform standards.
5. Opt-Out Requests
Requests to limit or remove specific media usage must be submitted in writing. Approval of such requests is at Shwcse’s discretion and may not apply retroactively.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in removal of content, suspension of vendor access, or termination of participation.
7. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Photography, Video & Media Rights Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
