This Vendor Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Order Fulfillment Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for preparing and making products or services available for fulfillment in accordance with their listings and platform requirements.
Delivery and logistics services may be provided by third-party service providers made available through the Shwcse platform.
2. Third-Party Delivery Services
Vendors acknowledge that delivery, courier, or logistics services are performed by independent third-party providers and not by Shwcse or the vendor.
Shwcse does not control and is not responsible for the actions, performance, delays, or failures of third-party delivery providers.
3. Vendor Preparation & Handover
Vendors must ensure that orders are properly prepared, packaged, and ready for pickup or transfer in accordance with platform standards and third-party provider requirements.
Failure to properly prepare orders may result in delays, order issues, or enforcement actions.
4. Customer Communication
Vendors are expected to communicate promptly and professionally with customers regarding order preparation, availability, or service-related questions.
Delivery-related inquiries may be handled by Shwcse or the applicable third-party provider.
5. Order Issues & Resolution
Vendors are responsible for addressing issues related to product quality, accuracy, or service readiness.
Issues arising from delivery, logistics, or transportation may be handled by the applicable third-party provider in accordance with its policies.
Shwcse may intervene at its discretion to facilitate resolution or protect customer experience.
6. Service Standards
Vendors must maintain service standards that reflect positively on the Shwcse platform.
Repeated fulfillment issues, poor preparation, or unprofessional conduct may result in corrective action.
7. Platform Intervention
Shwcse reserves the right to take action if fulfillment or service standards are not met, including adjusting listings, issuing refunds, or suspending vendor access.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination of vendor participation.
9. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
