Vendors acknowledge and agree that participation on the Shwcse platform involves inherent risks, including loss, theft, or damage to products, materials, equipment, or property.
Vendors assume full responsibility for these risks.
2. No Liability for Loss or Damage
Shwcse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor products, inventory, equipment, or personal property, whether occurring during storage, preparation, pickup, delivery, or otherwise.
3. Third-Party Providers
Shwcse is not liable for loss, theft, or damage caused by third-party service providers, including delivery or logistics providers.
Any claims related to third-party actions must be addressed in accordance with the applicable provider’s policies.
4. Insurance Recommendation
Vendors are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential losses, theft, or damages related to their business operations.
5. Reporting Incidents
Vendors must promptly report any incidents involving loss, theft, or damage that may impact platform operations or customer experience.
Reporting does not guarantee reimbursement or compensation.
6. Enforcement
Violations or disputes related to this policy may result in corrective action, including suspension or termination of vendor participation.
7. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Loss, Theft & Damage Disclaimer Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
