This Vendor Intellectual Property & Authenticity Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Ownership & Rights
Vendors represent and warrant that they own or have the legal right to use, sell, and distribute all products, content, trademarks, logos, images, and materials associated with their listings.
Vendors may not use any third-party intellectual property without proper authorization.
2. Authenticity Requirements
All products and services offered on Shwcse must be authentic, original, and accurately represented.
Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized goods are strictly prohibited.
3. Infringement Claims
Shwcse may investigate claims of intellectual property infringement and take appropriate action, including removing listings or suspending vendor access.
Vendors agree to cooperate fully during any investigation.
4. Repeat Violations
Repeated or severe violations of intellectual property rights may result in permanent removal from the Shwcse platform.
5. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shwcse from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from intellectual property infringement or authenticity disputes related to their offerings.
6. Enforcement
Shwcse reserves the right to enforce this policy at its sole discretion and take corrective action without prior notice.
7. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Intellectual Property & Authenticity Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
