This Vendor Insurance Recommendation Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.

1. Insurance Recommendation

Vendors are encouraged, but not required, to maintain appropriate insurance coverage related to their business operations, products, and services offered through the Shwcse platform.

Maintaining insurance may help protect vendors against potential claims, losses, damages, or liabilities.

2. Suggested Coverage Types

While not mandatory, vendors may consider maintaining:

  • General liability insurance

  • Product liability insurance (if applicable)

  • Any additional coverage commonly associated with their industry

3. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors acknowledge that they participate on the Shwcse platform at their own risk and remain fully responsible for their business operations regardless of whether insurance coverage is maintained.

4. No Insurance Provided by Shwcse

Shwcse does not provide insurance coverage for vendors, products, inventory, delivery, or business operations.

5. No Waiver of Liability

The absence of insurance coverage does not limit or waive vendor obligations under Shwcse policies, including liability, indemnification, or compliance requirements.

6. Policy Updates

Shwcse may update this Vendor Insurance Recommendation Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
