This Vendor Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Vendor Fees & Refunds
All vendor fees, including application fees, transaction-based fees, and platform fees, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Shwcse.
Vendors acknowledge that fees are charged for platform access, administrative services, and transaction facilitation and are not contingent on sales performance, transaction volume, or customer outcomes.
2. Vendor Cancellations
Vendors may cancel their participation on the Shwcse platform at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the vendor to any refund of fees already paid or deducted.
All obligations, fees, or liabilities incurred prior to cancellation remain the responsibility of the vendor.
3. Platform Cancellations
Shwcse reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate vendor participation, listings, or access at its discretion, including for policy violations, operational needs, or platform changes.
Refunds following platform-initiated cancellations will be issued only if required by law or explicitly approved in writing by Shwcse.
4. Chargebacks
Vendors agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid and authorized fees.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Shwcse Support may result in:
Immediate suspension of vendor access
Termination of vendor accounts
Forfeiture of pending or future payouts
Shwcse reserves the right to recover any costs, penalties, or administrative fees associated with chargebacks or payment disputes.
5. Dispute Impact
Chargebacks and payment disputes increase operational and administrative costs and may negatively impact a vendor’s ability to continue participating on the platform.
Repeated disputes may result in permanent removal from Shwcse.
6. Cooperation During Disputes
Vendors agree to cooperate fully with Shwcse during any refund, dispute, or investigation process and to provide requested information or documentation in a timely manner.
Failure to cooperate may adversely affect dispute outcomes and vendor standing.
7. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
