This Vendor Eligibility & Approval Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Vendor Eligibility
Shwcse vendors must be legally operating businesses, brands, or independent creators authorized to sell the products or services they offer.
All vendors must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate, complete, and current business information
Have the legal right to sell and distribute their products or services
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their business complies with all legal, tax, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
2. Application Submission
Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed by Shwcse to determine alignment with platform standards, quality expectations, and brand values.
Shwcse may request additional information or documentation during the review process.
3. Approval Decisions
Vendor approval is granted at the sole discretion of Shwcse. Shwcse reserves the right to:
Approve or deny any vendor application
Limit vendor categories, availability, or participation
Decline applications without providing a reason
All approval decisions are final.
4. Ongoing Eligibility
Approved vendors must continue to meet eligibility requirements throughout their participation on the Shwcse platform.
Approval may be suspended or revoked if a vendor:
Misrepresents their business, products, or services
Violates any Shwcse Vendor Policies
Engages in conduct that negatively impacts Shwcse, its customers, or its community
5. Suspension or Revocation
Shwcse reserves the right to suspend or revoke vendor approval at any time, with or without notice, and without obligation to provide refunds, compensation, or explanations.
6. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Vendor Eligibility & Approval Policy at any time. Continued participation as a vendor constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
