For Fashion & Beauty Vendors
Last Updated: December 1, 2025
Jurisdiction: Fulton County, Georgia

Shwcse is a curated marketplace for fashion, beauty, and personal-care brands. To protect customers, vendors, couriers, and the platform, the following products are strictly prohibited from being listed, sold, or delivered on Shwcse.

Violations may result in listing removal, payout holds, penalties, or permanent account termination.

1. Counterfeit, Fake, or Misrepresented Products

Shwcse does not allow:

  • Counterfeit designer clothing or accessories

  • Replica shoes, handbags, jewelry, or streetwear

  • Knockoff brand cosmetics or perfumes

  • Unauthorized branded merchandise

  • Products falsely advertised as “authentic,” “designer,” or “luxury”

  • Items imported illegally or without proper documentation

Vendors must be able to provide proof of authenticity when requested.

2. Unsafe, Unlabeled, or Unregulated Beauty Products

To protect customers and comply with safety rules, the following are prohibited:

2.1 Used or Opened Beauty Items

  • Used makeup

  • Swatched cosmetics

  • Opened skincare

  • Unsealed personal-care items

2.2 Products Without Proper Labeling

Beauty products must include:

  • Full ingredient list

  • Manufacturer or brand name

  • Net weight/volume

  • Batch/lot number

  • Expiration date (if applicable)

2.3 Unapproved or Dangerous Beauty Items

Not allowed:

  • Skincare making medical claims (“cures eczema,” “treats acne medically,” etc.)

  • Prescription-only skincare or creams

  • Chemical peels requiring professional licensing

  • Unlabeled or homemade products with no safety testing

  • Products containing banned ingredients (like hydroquinone over legal limits, mercury, steroids)

2.4 Fragrance & Alcohol-Based Products

Allowed only if:

  • Properly sealed

  • Under safe volume limits

  • Packaged securely for courier transport

If a courier rejects an item as unsafe, it cannot be sold on Shwcse.

3. Apparel & Accessories Restrictions

Shwcse prohibits:

3.1 Stolen Goods

Any item that appears stolen or unverifiable will be removed.

3.2 Hazardous Materials Inside Clothing

No clothing or accessories may include:

  • Hidden weapons

  • Metal spikes/blades that pose courier risk

  • Sharp or dangerous components

3.3 Unauthorized Use of Trademarks

No:

  • Fake branded tags

  • Unauthorized branded logos

  • Trademark-infringing designs

4. Products That Couriers Cannot Transport Safely

Because Shwcse relies on Uber, DoorDash, and similar couriers, the following cannot be delivered:

  • Extra-large items that don’t fit in standard vehicles

  • Fragile items not safely packaged

  • Items that leak or spill (liquids must be sealed and secure)

  • Products requiring temperature control (melting, refrigeration)

  • Aerosols or pressurized containers over allowed limits

Couriers can refuse unsafe items at pickup.

5. Adult, Explicit, or Offensive Items

Shwcse does not allow:

  • Adult toys or sexual wellness items

  • Pornographic content or items containing explicit imagery

  • Clothing or accessories with hate symbols or extremist content

  • Graphic violence

Shwcse is a community-friendly marketplace — vendors must maintain that standard.

6. Health-Related or Supplement Products

Not allowed:

  • Dietary supplements

  • Weight-loss “pills,” patches, teas

  • Hair-growth “drug” products without FDA approval

  • Injectable beauty products (Botox, fillers, serums requiring medical handling)

Items must remain strictly within cosmetics, personal care, and fashion.

7. Digital Goods & Services

Shwcse is a physical retail marketplace, so the following are prohibited:

  • Digital downloads

  • E-books

  • Software keys

  • NFTs or crypto products

  • Consulting services

  • Custom services not involving a physical product

8. Items Restricted by Stripe (Payment Processor)

Because Shwcse uses Stripe, the following categories are automatically prohibited:

  • Tobacco or vape products

  • CBD or THC beauty products

  • Drug paraphernalia

  • High-risk regulated items

  • Adult content/products

  • Weapons

If Stripe flags a product as prohibited or high-risk, Shwcse must remove it.

9. Enforcement & Penalties

If a vendor lists a prohibited item, Shwcse may:

  • Remove the product

  • Issue warnings

  • Suspend vendor tools

  • Delay or hold payouts

  • Permanently terminate the vendor account

  • Report illegal activity to authorities when required

Shwcse reserves the right to remove any item that compromises safety, legality, or brand integrity.
