This Policy Updates & Agreement Acceptance Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Shwcse Vendor Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Vendor Terms of Use control.
1. Policy Modifications
Shwcse reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or replace any Vendor Policies at any time and at its sole discretion.
Updated policies become effective upon posting to the Shwcse platform unless otherwise stated.
2. Vendor Responsibility to Review
Vendors are responsible for reviewing Vendor Policies regularly to remain informed of any changes.
Failure to review updated policies does not excuse non-compliance.
3. Notice of Changes
Shwcse may, but is not required to, provide notice of policy updates through the platform, email, or other communication channels.
Shwcse is not responsible for missed notifications due to outdated contact information or communication preferences.
4. Continued Participation as Acceptance
Continued participation on the Shwcse platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
If a vendor does not agree to updated policies, the vendor must discontinue participation on the platform.
5. Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting a vendor application, completing transactions, or continuing to access or use the Shwcse platform, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

6. Severability
If any provision of these policies is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Entire Agreement
These Vendor Policies, together with the Vendor Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between Shwcse and the vendor regarding platform participation and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
