Shwcse was built for one thing: connecting local brands to local shoppers — fast, simple, and authentic. These guidelines exist to keep the platform safe, trustworthy, and true to the spirit of the community we’re building in Atlanta and beyond.
Whether you’re a brick-and-mortar shop, a startup label, or a homegrown brand taking your first step, these rules help keep Shwcse clean, respectful, and easy to use.
1. Respect the Community
We’re a local-first marketplace — which means the energy matters.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, or disrespectful behavior toward shoppers, vendors, drivers, or Shwcse staff won’t be tolerated.
Keep it real, keep it respectful.
2. Communicate Like a Business, Not a Burner Account
Shwcse is designed to make selling simple.
Part of that simplicity comes from clean communication.
Not allowed:
Harassing messages
Spam
Aggressive or unprofessional language
Off-platform solicitation
Using chat for anything outside order support
If it doesn’t help complete or support an order, keep it off the platform.
3. Stay Legit — No Scams, No Shadiness
We’re here to help brands grow, not dodge red flags.
Banned behaviors include:
Fake listings
Fake tracking
Chargeback abuse
Circumventing payments (“cash app me instead”)
False claims
Fraud of any kind
Shwcse tolerates zero nonsense when it comes to trust.
4. Only Sell What’s Real, Safe, and Yours
Shwcse is built for real brands and real products.
That means:
No counterfeit products
No stolen images
No misleading descriptions
No illegal or unsafe items
No content that violates trademarks, copyrights, or IP laws
If you can’t proudly put your brand behind it, don’t list it.
5. Accurate Photos & Descriptions Only
Your store is your storefront — so make it clean.
Listings must be:
High-quality
True to the product
Honest in sizing, color, material, and quality
Free from offensive imagery
Free from heavy filters or edits hiding the product
The customer should get exactly what they see. Nothing less.
6. Protect Customer Data Like It’s Your Own
Vendors only receive customer information to fulfill orders.
You may not:
Store customer data long-term
Add customers to marketing lists
Sell or share customer info
Message customers beyond their order
Community trust is how we grow — don’t break it.
7. Shipping, Delivery, & Pickup Must Be Accurate
Shwcse handles the heavy lifting with managed delivery and logistics, but vendors must:
Prepare accurate, complete orders
Package products safely
Mark orders as ready correctly
Respect our third-party delivery partners
Shoppers must provide correct addresses and be available for deliveries.
Local commerce works when everyone plays their part.
8. Reviews Should Be Honest, Not Engineered
Reviews help local brands shine — or improve.
What’s NOT allowed:
Fake reviews
Review incentives
Revenge reviews
Review manipulation
Vendors pressuring customers for five stars
Real experiences only.
9. Respect the People Who Power the Platform
This includes:
Shwcse support
Delivery partners (Uber, DoorDash, etc.)
Developers
Fellow vendors
Shoppers
Abusive behavior = gone. Simple.
10. Zero-Tolerance Violations
The following will result in immediate suspension or removal:
Fraud
Hate speech
Counterfeit goods
Illegal products
Threats or harassment
Misuse of customer data
Circumventing payments
Serious safety risks
We protect the ecosystem so brands can grow and shoppers can trust.
11. What Happens If You Break the Rules
Depending on the issue, Shwcse may:
Issue a warning
Remove content
Limit account capabilities
Freeze payouts for investigation
Suspend or terminate your account
We enforce rules in a way that keeps the marketplace safe, scalable, and fair.
12. Reporting Issues
If you see something that doesn’t align with Shwcse standards, report it:
