This Customer Policy explains how customers are expected to use the Shwcse platform. This policy is subject to and incorporated into the Customer Terms of Use. If there is any conflict, the Customer Terms of Use control.
By using Shwcse, you agree to this Customer Policy and all related policies referenced below.
1. What Shwcse Is
Shwcse is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent brands and sellers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, products available on Shwcse are sold by third-party sellers, not by Shwcse.
Shwcse facilitates ordering, payment processing, and delivery coordination but does not manufacture, own, or directly sell most products.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate account, payment, and delivery information
Reviewing product details before purchasing
Using the platform in a lawful and respectful manner
Customers may not:
Abuse refunds, chargebacks, or promotions
Harass sellers, delivery partners, or Shwcse staff
Attempt fraud, manipulation, or misuse of platform features
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout
Orders cannot be edited once placed
Prices and availability are determined by sellers
Shwcse reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or operational limitations.
4. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are limited and time-sensitive.
Customer cancellation requests are governed by the Order Cancellation Policy. Once an order has been accepted, prepared, or assigned for delivery, it is generally non-cancellable.
5. Delivery
Orders may be delivered by independent third-party delivery partners.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate delivery addresses
Selecting secure delivery locations
Being available to receive orders when applicable
Delivery issues are governed by the Delivery Policy and Lost / Stolen Delivery Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because Shwcse works with independent sellers, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, replacements, and non-refundable situations are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, including required timelines and proof.
7. Chargebacks
Refunds and chargebacks are not the same.
Customers must contact Shwcse Support before initiating a chargeback. Chargeback abuse or misuse may result in account suspension or termination, as outlined in the Chargeback Policy.
8. Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, ingredients, sizing, and usage instructions prior to purchase or use.
Health, safety, and product-related risks are governed by the Product Disclaimer & Health & Safety Policy.
9. Marketplace Liability
Shwcse operates solely as a marketplace platform. Seller responsibilities, payment facilitation, dispute handling, and liability limitations are governed by the Marketplace Liability Disclaimer.
10. Community Conduct
Customers must engage respectfully on the platform.
Harassment, abusive behavior, false claims, or misuse of platform features violate the Community Guidelines and may result in account action.
11. Policy Hierarchy
This Customer Policy is subject to the Customer Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between this policy and a more specific policy, the more specific policy governs, unless stated otherwise.

12. Policy Updates
Shwcse may update this Customer Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
