1. Delivery Method

Orders placed through Shwcse may be delivered by independent third-party delivery partners coordinated through external delivery platforms. These delivery partners are not employees, agents, or representatives of Shwcse.

2. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered once the delivery partner marks the order as delivered and delivery confirmation is recorded in the system. Confirmation may include timestamps, GPS data, or photo evidence when available.

Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

  • Selecting a safe and secure delivery location

  • Being available to receive the order when applicable

Shwcse is not responsible for orders left unattended at the customer’s request or due to customer unavailability.

4. Missing Orders After Delivery

If an order is marked delivered but not received, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Shwcse may initiate a limited investigation with the delivery partner using available delivery data. Submitting a report does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

5. Stolen Orders

Shwcse is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Choose secure delivery locations

  • Retrieve orders promptly

Refunds or replacements for stolen orders are issued solely at Shwcse’s discretion.

6. When Refunds or Replacements May Be Considered

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

  • The order was never marked as delivered

  • A verified delivery error occurred

  • The order was delivered to an incorrect address due to delivery partner error

All determinations are final.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Orders marked delivered with valid confirmation

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability at delivery

  • Theft occurring after delivery

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of Shwcse constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
