This Chargeback Policy is subject to and incorporated into the Customer Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict, the Customer Terms of Use control.

1. What Is a Chargeback

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge directly with their bank or card issuer instead of contacting Shwcse for support or a refund.

Chargebacks are intended for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions—not routine order issues.

2. Refunds vs. Chargebacks

Refunds and chargebacks are not the same.

  • Refunds are handled directly by Shwcse in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Chargebacks are handled by banks and card networks and may significantly delay resolution

Customers are required to contact Shwcse Support first to resolve any order issues before initiating a chargeback.

3. When Customers Should Contact Shwcse

Customers should contact Shwcse Support for issues related to:

  • Refund eligibility

  • Order delivery concerns

  • Damaged or incorrect items

  • Cancellations or order status questions

Most issues can be resolved faster and more effectively through Shwcse than through a bank dispute.

4. Impact of Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in:

  • Delayed resolution

  • Temporary account restrictions during investigation

  • Loss of eligibility for refunds or credits

Chargebacks increase operational costs and may limit Shwcse’s ability to provide certain services.

5. Chargeback Abuse

The following may be considered chargeback abuse:

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting Shwcse Support

  • Filing multiple chargebacks for similar issues

  • Filing chargebacks for transactions already refunded

  • Filing chargebacks for orders marked as delivered

Chargeback abuse may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Restrictions on future purchases

  • Loss of platform privileges

6. Cooperation During Investigations

If a chargeback is filed, customers may be required to provide additional information or documentation. Failure to cooperate may affect the outcome of the dispute.

Shwcse may submit relevant order, delivery, and communication records to financial institutions as part of the dispute process.

7. Policy Updates

Shwcse may update this Chargeback Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
